Over the past six months, Alexis has been an invaluable asset to our team. Her ability to help myself transition leadership skills from a senior-level position at a large multinational to the owner of a franchise has been nothing short of remarkable. Under her guidance, we’ve seen a significant increase in revenue, a testament to their strategic acumen and understanding of our business’s unique needs. Alexis’s coaching has been a transformative experience, equipping us with the tools and mindset necessary to navigate the challenges of our industry with confidence and agility. I am deeply grateful for their contribution and are excited to continue building on the strong foundation Alexis has helped establish.

Alexis provided coaching support to me through the sale of my business which also focussed on what lay into the future. She was extraordinarily empathetic, sensitive and compassionate throughout. Her probing questions and insights helped me to focus and frame my thinking about myself and the future in a very powerful way. She challenged me where appropriate in an entirely non judgmental manner and in doing so created a strong bond based on trust and mutual respect. Her compassionate approach, and the sense that she was walking alongside me, was invaluable. Without her support the sale process would have been significantly more stressful, and I would have no framework to help me think about and plan for the future. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Alexis’s coaching service; she is a consummate professional in every way.

Alexis provided coaching during the resale process of my franchise business, and at the stage where the process was becoming all-consuming and at times a place where I felt very much alone in business transaction I had never previously undertaken. I found the resale experience painful and frustrating as well as a great deal of work whilst still operationally leading my business. With Alexis’ support I was able to prioritise my actions during the sale process, the handover process and preparation for my new life chapter– as well as importantly enabling me to acknowledge the changes that each of these stages had directly on me.
